I have problems viewing or accessing my streamtime
You must click on "ENTER STREAMTIME WEB PLAYER" and then enter the access code that was sent to your email at the time of your purchase.
Enter our Official App from your phone or tablet and click on the "ENTER LIVE STREAM NOW" button on the home screen. You don't need any code to enter.
Our streamtimes are unrepeatable, so they will only be available on the announced day and time.
Now you can stream our shows to your favorite web browser with our new feature: Stream Web Access. Follow the next steps to use it correctly:

1.- After you have purchased your Stream Access, click on the "My Accesses" button, located at the bottom of our App.

2.- Once in this section, you will see that in the upper part the show you purchased will appear in a yellow box together with a "Web Access Code" text.

If you press the "Share" button you can share the Web Access Code with another person so they can access the show from a web browser.

IMPORTANT: Only one access per device and/or account is possible, so if you decide to share the Web Access Code with another person, only one will be able to access the show.

3.- Now you only have to enter in your preferred browser here and enter the Web Access Code you previously visualized in our App to be able to access the show.

Another way to visualize the show on the web is On the day and time of the show click on "ENTER LIVE STREAM NOW" from the home screen of our App to access, then click on the casting icon and then on Web Player. You will automatically see a pop-up screen with the link you need to access from a web browser and the Web Access Code you need to enter.
Try to log in with your account from another device, you will automatically receive a message with the legend "You are already logged in on another device"; at that time you will receive an email in your registered mail indicating that you are trying to log in from somewhere else.
If you can't visualize or access your streamtime we recommend you:

  • Verify that you are entering at the announced time and date of the show in our Official App.
  • Verify that your internet connection is stable and has a minimum speed of 20mbs. You can corroborate this data by entering www.speedtest.net
  • If you continue presenting problems, please write us in our Customer Service Chat here one of our executives will attend you as soon as possible.
  • You only have to wait for the streamtime’s day show. We will send you an email as a reminder, days or even minutes before the show gets started.
    You can only watch the event transmission inside the Streamtime App, but you will be able to share the transmission to your TV through Casting functionality (you must verify that your smartphone is using the same Wi-fi connection of your TV).
    If you cannot whatch your streamtime show we recommend you:
  • Verify your internet connection. We recommend watching your event using a Wi-Fi connection for a better experience.
  • Make sure you are in the correct account. You may be trying to watch your content in the wrong one.
  • We will notify you via email If the problem is related to technical issues. This email would also include the steps you should follow to solve that problem.
